Activities
Sauna
We offer steam therapies in our sauna that help facilitate your body’s rejuvenation. We concoct a number of herbal infusions, depending on your body’s needs, with local medicinal plants that are grown on our property. We also have a cold stone pool next to the sauna for a refreshing alternation.
Permaculture
We are constantly are looking to grow and evolve our permaculture plot. We have 30 organic vegetable beds and a variety of fruits trees that we nurture to provide a healthy source of food. We have a compost system and we use solar panels to heat our water and provide electricity for our photovoltaic lighting system. We always welcome any contribution or knowledge with open arms.
Cooking Classes
We offer cooking classes that have nutrigenetics and aphrodisiac food combinations as their foundation. We harvest our organic vegetable garden while also using locally grown produce to ensure the body receives the nutrients it needs. This knowledge can easily be implemented into one’s life to promote healthy living.
Community Space
We are also constructing a community space that will act as kindergarten for the local children in the morning and a recreational space in the afternoon. We plan to host various classes such as, yoga, art, dance, meditation, talks and other transformative workshops in the near future. Feel free to contact us if you’d like to use the wonderful space.
Contemplation, Relaxation & Meditation
We have a number of beautiful and peaceful places in and near the property for one to meditate, contemplate and connect with nature. There’s a serenity about this property that calms the mind and brings one back to their true essence. It’s hard not to feel grateful for everything when one is surrounded by pure beauty.
Outdoor Fire Pit
We also have an outdoor fireplace where one can kick back with a glass of wine and enjoy the dancing flames. Our night’s sky is crystal clear so lean back and take in the vastness of the universe and its galaxies. It really is a wonderful way to spend and share an evening with your friends and family.
